Narine used to open for KKR before and in BBL, but for a few years, his only role was to bowl for his team. This year, again KKR management made him open the inning, and ‘BOOM”, he did what he was told to do. Narine played with intent and freedom and put the opposition under pressure straight away.

Virat Kohli will open the batting along with Sunil Narine. He has shown application and changed his approach completely throughout the tournament. We have seen Virat scoring lots of runs and winning games for his team, but this year, it’s the change of approach that has impressed the most to the fans.
Virat Kohli has scored 741 runs in 15 games with an average of 61.75 and a strike rate of 154.70.

Sanju Samson is a perfect choice for a No. 3 role in this IPL 2024 Best XI. There are not many players who have done well at No. 3 in IPL 2024. One of the other players that we have considered is Rajat Patidar at No. 3, but eventually, we have gone with experience.
Not just that, he will keep wickets and will lead this side as well. Sanju Samson has scored 531 runs in 15 games with an average of 48.27 and an impressive strike rate of 153.47.

Riyan Parag has been a revelation in this season. It’s been a long time since Riyan hasn’t performed well for RR. But the management showed faith in him and he delivers for his team. He should be our No. 4 in the IPL 2024 Best XI.
(5) Nicholas Pooran
The West Indian has played those crucial innings for LSG where the team only scored below par or par totals on slowish and sluggish wickets at home. He has been the difference in a few games where conditions are difficult to bat.
Pooran will play at No. 5 in this IPL 2024 Best XI. He can keep wickets as well instead of Sanju if needed.
(6) Shahbaz Ahmed
A bit strange pick no? But yes, he will be our No. 6 in this team. He has batted well in the middle order and played a few crucial innings for SRH when needed. Not just with the bat, he can bowl a few overs as well and brings variety as a left-arm spinner. We have seen him bowling well where conditions assist him.

Andre Russell is also a sure-shot pick. KKR has played phenomenal cricket this season and there was no need for his batting. He has bowled well in the later stages of the inning and we all know how dangerous he is with the bat.

Just based on the last two games, Starc should be in the IPL 2024 Best XI. He was a bit off-color at the start of the tournament. But as we have seen him doing well on big stages, he delivers when the team needs him the most.
Starc has picked 17 wickets in 14 games with an average of 26.12 and a strike rate of 14.76.
(9) Harshit Rana
The right-arm pacer has played a huge role in KKR’s success this season. He has bowled well with the new ball and was equally good in the death overs too. Harshit could be a one-change bowler as well in this team.
(10) Jasprit Bumrah
It doesn’t matter wherever you play, Bumrah doesn’t need any conditions to bowl. He can be lethal on his day on any wicket in any situation. Unfortunately, his team got eliminated in the league stage, otherwise he could have won the purple cap.
